Heather Hall earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Kentucky in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2007. While in law school, she served as a Regional Editor of the Journal of Law and Education and was a published contributor. She also served as Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus and was a charter member of the Domestic Violence Initiative.

In 2007, Ms. Hall relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada. She is licensed to practice before all Nevada state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Her professional affiliations include the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. She is also a graduate of the 40th Annual Trial Academy sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Before founding McBride Hall, Ms. Hall was a partner in the Las Vegas office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen & McBride. Her practice has focused extensively on the defense of medical providers and healthcare facilities in complex medical and dental malpractice matters. She has represented physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pharmacists, nurses, and dentists, and has substantial experience managing all phases of litigation, including trial.

Ms. Hall is an accomplished trial attorney, having tried more than 30 cases to verdict. Her practice is distinguished by a strong command of medical liability defense, strategic trial advocacy, and effective representation of healthcare professionals and institutions.
